Promoting Aspiring Scholars to Louisiana taxpayers will allow Aspiring Scholars to offer more scholarships to Catholic schools for Louisiana students. 95% of donor gifts go directly to scholarship offerings - only 5% of the total gift amount is retained by Aspiring Scholars to cover administrative costs of the program.
